Kairos is a private members club designed for those who value elevated access, meaningful connection, and seamless experiences. By joining Kairos, you agree to the following terms, which apply to all services and offerings, including our annual membership, curated trips and events, concierge support, and our upcoming members-only platform.

 

Membership is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, in line with local laws and any applicable third-party policies. The Kairos membership is billed annually and provides access to a suite of premium benefits. All sales are final—memberships are non-refundable and non-cancellable once processed.

 

As a Kairos member, you are expected to uphold a high standard of behavior. This includes treating fellow members, partners, and staff with fairness, respect, and discretion. We reserve the right to revoke or suspend any membership at our sole discretion in the event of misconduct or any behavior that goes against the spirit and integrity of the Kairos community.

 

Kairos partners with carefully selected third-party providers across travel, hospitality, and luxury services. When using services facilitated by Kairos, members agree to comply with the individual terms and policies of those external providers. Kairos is not liable for changes, delays, or disruptions caused by third-party services.

 

Our digital members’ platform is currently under development and will be launched soon. Once live, additional terms may apply specifically to the use of that platform.

 

By continuing as a Kairos member, you acknowledge and accept these terms in full. We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be shared with members directly.
